For me, sound healing has become an integral part of my self-care routine, offering a sanctuary for my soul in times of stress and uncertainty. Whether it’s the gentle hum of Tibetan singing bowls or the rhythmic beat of a shamanic drum, each sound has the ability to transport me to a place of inner peace and tranquility. As I close my eyes and surrender to the music, I can feel the tension melting away from my body, replaced by a sense of calm and serenity.
